Section 12
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Vice President
The duties, duties and powers of the Vice President shall be as follows: (a) To preside over meetings of the Council in the absence of the Chairman,
(b) To take action as delegated by the chairman,
(c) To perform other functions as prescribed by the Council.
